Westminster College recognises the difficulties that students face to adjust and adapt when moving to a country with completely new environment. The College makes every effort possible to make sure that your transition to the new environment is as simple and tension less as possible.
The College has a network of people ready to help students in need. All you have to do is to contact the student service officer at the reception with the support you require. The customer service officer will take you to the right person you can help you the right advice. . Please feel to see them in person at the office or email them to discuss about your issues.
Westminster College have 4 intakes a year. Four intakes mean students have more option to commence their courses. Please click the tab ‘2020 academic calendar’ to view the 2020 intakes.
Student Orientation and Handbook
All Westminster students must attend orientation session before commencing their courses. The objective of the mandatory orientation is to ensure that students are familiar with all college policies and procedures including their rights and obligations as a Westminster Students. Also covered in the orientations are their legal obligations as the CRICOS students. Westminster student handbook details everything that students need to know. Students are strongly encouraged to read the handbook as well as student ordination documents.
Student Visa Condition
In order to maintain their student visa, all student visa holders must abide by the following condition at all times:
- Maintain a fulltime enrolment in the enrolled course
- Maintain satisfactory course progress (refer to Monitoring Academic Progress and Intervention)
- Maintain Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) throughout the visa duration

Westminster College is seeking to have an articulation agreement with a number of higher education institutions including Australia’s leading universities. This is as part of College’s effort to provide our graduates an opportunity to gain a direct entry into leading Australian universities to pursue their higher education goals. The college has already entered into an articulation agreement with King’s Own Institution (KOI).
Westminster College graduates who have successfully completed FNS50217 Diploma of Accounting (which equals approximately 1.5 semesters) towards KOI’s Bachelor of Accounting. Students who have completed Westminster FNS60217 Advanced Diploma of Accounting (equivalent to approximately 2 semesters) towards KOI’s Bachelor of Accounting.
The Westminster in the process of entering into the similar articulation agreement with other leading higher education institutions and universities.
